The watcher ran away immediately after she witnessed the ghost. According to what the folks who live here assert, this phantom enjoys frightening foolhardy folks who dare to upset the silence in Rodeo. Whatever folks say, it's a menacing phantom that any sane person wouldn't want to bump into.
