The ghost of a lady with a plastic bag fastened around her head was spotted watching cable in a Central living room late in the night. The ghost didn't mind that there was someone other in attendance. Folks here assert that this phantom is the phantom of a traveler that was murdered while driving through Central some time ago. A partially transparent gentleman dressed as the captain of a boat was spotted glancing over Grassy Flat in the early morning hours before sunrise. When the watcher emerged the ghost ran away. One of the people who live here determinedly claims that this ghost gets pleasure from terrifying foolhardy people who are courageous enough to disrupt the silence in Central.
