On red Rover Mine Road, about 1 mile up the road from Sierra Hwy., you have two mines. One on each side of the road. On the right you have governor's mine, which has some great stories. I have a couple of experience's with this mine. I used to live right next to one of the openings, and I have seen things coming in and out at all times of the day. make-out spot. One night, we were getting our romance going, and something hit the car. Would have though rabbit, or bird, but it hit hard enough that the car actually shook. I looked out the windows, and saw nothing, but we were officially scared. so we left. And on the way down the hill, just before the dirt road turns to the right and you hit pavement, a disfigured person ran out at us from behind a tree. Against her advice,
