The ghost of a young-looking man wearing a leather jacket has often been observed pulling a cadaver from the chilly water of Deep Creek at midnight. Several of the folks who live in this town allege this ghost gets pleasure from scaring foolhardy people who come trying to find ghosts in Fort Duchesne. In any case, this is an unfriendly phantom that you shouldn't go seeking.
