One may think that there's nothing out of the ordinary with reference to Fort Duchesne, Utah, but when the darkness of nighttime sets in; things become creepy. Some of the deceased refuse to pass on in this city. Several residents assert these tales are not true, but the undeceased may show themselves to you if you stay an extra day in Fort Duchesne.

These are some of the spooky things that
 
    have happened here recently.

A guy that shape-shifted into a vampire was observed in a Fort Duchesne area clothing store, pacing the aisles. When the phantom was made out it faded away
  into the night.

A luminous human character was observed demolishing a book in Bottle Hollow in the early morning hours before sunrise. The ghost was swallowed by the thin air after being distinguished.

The ghost of a young-looking man wearing a leather jacket has often been observed pulling a cadaver from the chilly water of Deep Creek at midnight. Several of the folks who live in this town allege this ghost gets pleasure from scaring foolhardy people who come trying to find ghosts in Fort Duchesne. In any case, this is an unfriendly phantom that you shouldn't go seeking.

A beheaded gentleman is regularly perceived devouring a hotdog up on the peak of Randlett Butte.
