Heber City, Utah is an outwardly usual neighborhood provided that the sun shines down, but this settlement is haunted by the undeceased after dusk. Scores of spirit sightings have been exposed by the locals. Some locals assert these tales are untrue, but anyone who has stayed overnight in Heber City, Utah knows better.

The ghost of a man having numbers carved into his leg has been said to have been perceived on a handful of instances dispatching a postcard at a Heber City post office. One thing's for guaranteed, it's a terrifying phantom that you wouldn't want to run into late at night.
