One night while staying the weekend at our family's lake house, I woke to the coldest chill in the air that didn't feel right. I snuggled up close to my husband to get warm and he asked, ''What are you doing??'' I apologized, and he sat up like he was scared. He asked again, ''Hey you by the door, what are you doing?'' He quickly leaned over to the lamp and when it turned on the figure was gone. He claims that he had heard the sound of the coffee maker then saw what he thought was his 13 year old daughter walk from the kitchen to the front door, resting her hand on the screen door peering into the darkness. The scary part of it all was before I woke to the chill in the air, I had been dreaming of a bus crash that caught fire and kids were killed. I have been unable to find anything in the papers, but who knows...maybe it was just a dream...
