Flo is a sprit of a young girl maybe 12 to 13 who was supposly sitting on the edge of the street in the cemetery. When she was hit by a car and killed.Well legend has it if you flash you brights on your car she will come up, as a ball at frist thn start to form a human figure as she moves twards your car.

We were living in a mobile home park in Pleasant View (just north of Ogden). My children were playing at the playground a half-block from my home. I was in the house. All of a sudden, I heard an unearthly wailing noise - as if at least 3 voices of different pitches were wailing. I wondered if someone was beating their child or some awful cat-fight was going on. I looked out the windows and saw nothing unusual. A few seconds later, my 5 older children ranging in age from 4 to ll, came running in the house with huge eyes and white faces. They said that the noise I had heard had flown over them and disappeared off in the distance. They had been so frightened that they had left their 2-year-old

brother in a stroller at the playground (we went back for him). This happened at the begginning of the summer, 1998, in the middle of the day.

While the sun shines you could imagine Ogden, Utah is exactly identical to any other settlement,

but under the surface there are extraordinary things occurring. Things go down around here that cannot be rationally explained. Doubters don't believe in the local ghost accounts, but with so many ghosts in Ogden you have a relatively great chance of seeing one if you spend the night around here.
These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.
The ghost of a man dressed in an armed forces uniform was made out hurling pieces of wood by a lamppost in Ogden. The phantom spoke about avenging a killing. One thing's for guaranteed, this ghost indisputably is frightening; one that any sensible person would not want to encounter.
A lady with an axe sticking out of her head became visible at Slaterville Diversion Dam before sunrise looking at the surroundings. The witness became frightened and escaped. Anyhow, this is an intimidating ghost that you shouldn't go looking for.
The ghost of a woman with a bag strapped around her head was observed walking from flat to flat late in the night

on an Ogden residential road. The ghost did not seem to be bothered by the viewers.
