A female's body having a goat's head has been said to have been made out on several occasions down beside Casper Spring on a dark night shifting orbs around. It's been said that this particular ghost may very well be a renowned former time inhabitant of Plymouth. A moderately decomposed human cadaver may sometimes be distinguished before sunrise glancing across Dirty Head.
