My best Friend lives in Richmond around the library and building where the War statues are. For some reason a lot of people have to walk around the statues. Late at night if you walk up to the woman she will start crying.
During the Day all is Fine and well. But during the night you should be with one or two people. Richmond happens to be one of the most haunted places in richmond. You'll come across Many weird.. Scary spirits.
