The house was built in 1885 by my great-great grandfather who was of Welsh descent and worked as a carpenter painter and mason. Of special interest the famed labor hero Joe Hill rented a room in the house in 1905 for several months. But it is not his ghost who haunts the house we believe the spirits that reside     there are actually my great-great grandmother my great-aunt (who died in 1932 of yellow fever in the house) my great-uncle (also a victim of the same epidemic) who died at the ages of six and four respectively. Finally we believe the more malevolent entity who haunts the house is my uncle who died of cancer in the house in 2009 in the attic bedroom (oddly enough it was the same bedroom that my great-aunt and great-uncle died in).
