Arapahoe, Wyoming Ghost Tales The elementary school in Arapaho has a VERY haunted basement.  Most of the stories listed in Arapaho, I've never heard.  But I do know, first hand, that the school is haunted.  Doors get slammed in your face, objects are thrown around, and occasionally you can make out shadowy figures moving across areas that are locked up and shouldn't have people in them.  Some of the Night Security Guards have had creepy experiences and some won't even check the basement at night. Submitted by Jessica A few years ago there were about six or seven YOUNG men who all hung themselves in one month. Oone night       a cop pulled over a ''big looking'' car. When he asked for their license and registration, he looked in the car, he saw all the men who killed themselves. They was looking at him smiling with the rope   still around thier necks. That cop froze then finally started runnung for his car. He said they were laughing at him the entire time. Now he works the day shift. (This happened on 17 mile road.).
