Greybull, Wyoming Ghost Tales | |

While driving through Greybull, I observed a rider on a horse with a flaming head near the bluffs on the North side of the river. I call him Spooky Willy; others call him Hot Head Fred. He is often sighted after midnight, and rumor has it, that he is looking for his soul so he can finally retreat.

In the daytime you may perhaps think Greybull, Wyoming is exactly the same as any other settlement, but only some of the residents of this settlement are quite alive. Phantoms are so routine in this place; lots of residents don’t even think about it anymore. Skeptics don't believe in the local ghost testimonies, but the things that occur here in Greybull during the moonlight hours will freak you out.
These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.
The ghost of a youthful air force pilot is now and then noticed at Garnett Dam on a dark night taking pleasure in the surroundings. Lots of folks who live here say this ghost gets pleasure from terrifying

A young-looking girl in a blood-splattered dress has allegedly been witnessed on one or two occasions dispatching an envelope at a Greybull post office.
A man having a machete in his head may occasionally be observed chatting into the thin air as if someone besides was near.
