A   youthful girl wearing a blood-splattered wedding gown was distinguished at C B Richardson Dam at the stroke of midnight going out of control. The ghost greeted the bystander. If you listen to the local residents, this phantom is most likely the tormented phantom of a person who used to live here in Midwest. In any event, it's a bloodcurdling phantom that you do not want to bump into around midnight.
