A local man claims that this ghost is perhaps the tormented ghost of a local person who used to reside here in Pine Bluffs. A half translucent gentleman dressed as the captain       of a boat was spotted playing a harmonica in a Pine Bluffs residence. The ghost talked about avenging a killing. One of the people who live here steadfastly declares that this spirit is the stressed soul of a long departed Pine Bluffs resident. Regardless of what people state, it without a doubt is a frightening ghost that is preferably not disrupted. A   large frightening spirit became visible in a Pine Bluffs school at midnight walking the halls. The bystander was terrified and escaped. The spirit of a young man dressed in a confederate uniform was observed looking scary right by Hawk Springs State Park. The ghost saluted the bystander.
