Akiak, Alaska Ghost Tales

The ghost of an elderly Indian chief materialized in a mirror in an Akiak house; the ghost was solely noticeable in the mirror. The ghost was gobbled up by the night after being witnessed. Scores of residents argue this spirit may perhaps be a distinguished old days dweller of Akiak.

A pitch black rat that transformed into a female was perceived in a trailer
close to Akiak. Panic stricken by the watchers the ghost receded into the dark. Folks here declare that this ghost is the undeceased spirit of a former Akiak resident.
