In any event, this ghost undeniably is menacing; one that should be shunned. A lady with a bottle-green face appeared dining on a carrot down beside the water at Anchor Point. This ghost is extremely active in this area; there have been several other reports of this particular ghost. No matter what, it's a chilling ghost that is better not disturbed.
