Comment by Kait: I used to live on Dimond with my aunt. You're not the only one. We lived in a trailer park and it was really strange and freaky. We would see a little girl running around our trailer and she would disappear if we tried to follow her. Also our cat would act very strange whenever this would happen.
Comment by Theresa: I'm hoping like hell you no longer live in that home. From what you are describing it sounds like shadow beings. Nasty inhuman beings whose primary purpose is to attempt to get children to commit suicide by convincing them to ''be with them'' in some way or another.
Everything you've described is indicative of shadow beings - the way they appear the way the atmosphere feels the description from your child etc. - and they are definitely not good. If you haven't moved out I would highly recommend it.
They are extremely dangerous!.

August ''Gus'' Seaburg is believed to be the grumpy old man spirit that lives upstairs; you can hear him walking around up there quite frequently throughout the day and night. First daughter Helen is believed to live in the old master bedroom on main floor toward the back of the house; is frequently felt as chilly presence that moves between the bedroom and living room also likes to move curtains.
Gus also will sometimes physically push people that he considers to be intruders but always seems to stay upstairs; on rare occasions will verbally tell people to ''get out''.
