Comment by Ryan: I am wondering when this activity started for you and how long you have lived in the house? Does it bother you? See I am writing a piece on the Seaburg family and I am very interested in this. Please contact me at r-oconnor @live.com.
Comment by Erin: The place is now hostile. I could only imagine how Gus feels now.
Comment by Roger: I lived there from 2011 to 2012. No none of what I witnessed there bothered me at all except for the basement. It is difficult to explain but we were warned by Helen not to go in the basement because the woman living down there was not safe.
It was very strange and depressing like something bad happened down there a long time ago and it was always very cold even on hot summer days.

When I was sleeping in the living room I woke up at 4:30 in the morning. I saw a shadow right by my TV just standing right there looking out the window and I asked my sister Alex what was she doing up this early and I didn't get an answer so I turned on the light and it was gone.
