According to the local residents, this phantom is the phantom of a vacationer that was murdered while journeying through Arctic Village many years ago. Anyhow, it is certainly a frightening ghost that you shouldn't go seeking.
The phantom of a hobo can repeatedly be distinguished browsing through the refrigerator in the kitchen of an Arctic Village residence on a dark night.
