Arctic Village, Alaska Ghost Tales


The bright hours in Arctic Village, Alaska are equal to bright hours anywhere else, but this place has a decent share of ghosts. Some of the passed away decline to stay underground in this municipality. Not everyone believes in the tales the residents tell, but the ghosts of Arctic Village are out tonight searching for someone to freak out.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

A lady with a machete sticking out of her head came into view contemplating up on the summit of Coal Mountain. The eye witness fled right after he witnessed the spirit.

The phantom of a lady with a plastic bag strapped around her head was distinguished in a wooden boat on Found Fish Lake scaring folks. When the eye witness became visible the spirit escaped.

A sizeable frightening ghost has regularly been witnessed drifting down on Deadman Creek on a dark night. Some of the folks here say this phantom is the undead spirit of a former Arctic Village resident.

    observed marching from apartment to apartment in the early morning hours before sunrise on an Arctic Village residential road. According to the local residents, this phantom is the phantom of a vacationer that was murdered while journeying through Arctic Village many years ago. Anyhow, it is certainly a frightening ghost that you shouldn't go seeking.

The phantom of a hobo can repeatedly be distinguished browsing through the refrigerator in the kitchen of an Arctic Village residence on a dark night.
