I was walking down Thomas Street going Home and as I approached hess I saw a Man short and in an old suit     walking up hess. I slowed down as I got closer but he faded as he got across thomas. I had to stop and look again to make sure I did see him. There were no tracks or anythign in the snow. I asked my husband and he quickly agreed that he had seen him too.
