I stay some most weekends with a friend of mine that lives across from the school at the end of neely. His dog acts very strange towards the stairs and barks at their room and there will be no one in the room at the time.
We both get strange feelings of being watched. I'm not to sure if it's just us but I'm almost sure it's not just some... Thing that we are making up.

On Birch hill there is supposedly the spirit of a little girl in a white dress and an older woman in a white dress from the late 1800's that haunt the hill. On the side of the hill facing Fairbanks there's an old cemetery.
One of the mp's that worked with my husband had an encounter with the little girl one evening and refused to go back up there. Then one afternoon in July 2004 a friend of mine and I had taken our kids up to the top of the hill to take some pics and look out on Fort Wainwright while our husband's were fishing.|
We were sitting there talking for a few minutes before we got our camera's out and we happened to say how ironic it would be if we had a run in with one of the ghosts. It was so quiet up there and even all the kids were silent which was extremely unusual.
That's when I noticed that the van wasn't running anymore. She hadn't turned it off yet either we had just pulled up and were still listening to the radio. She looked at me and tried to start it up it wouldn't turn over.
