The phantom of a woman with a bag bound around her head has allegedly been witnessed on frequent occasions walking a Collie at the stroke of midnight on a shady Hooper Bay street.

A semi translucent man clothed as the captain of a freight ship
can once in a while be observed looking through building windows in Hooper Bay late at night.

A large menacing ghost was distinguished going through garbage container on a Hooper Bay residential street. Freaked out by the eye witnesses the ghost departed into the shadows. One thing's for sure, it undoubtedly is a bloodcurdling spirit that you don't want to meet late in the night.
