Quinhagak, Alaska Ghost Tales


Not everything in Quinhagak, Alaska is as it seems; this zone has a good number of ghosts. The ghosts of this municipality don’t leave anyone unscared. A number of people who live here say these tales are untrue, but the struggling souls of Quinhagak are all too real.

The ghost of a security guard with a bullet hole in his forehead is often spotted at Bear Creek late at night hurling boulders into the water. Several of the people who live here declare this spirit is most likely the stressed spirit of a resident who used to have a house here in Quinhagak. One thing is for certain, this spirit undoubtedly is chilling; one that you shouldn't go looking for.

The ghost of an elderly gentleman with a large gray beard has been said to have been noticed on frequent occasions devastating a photo in a canoe on Arolik Lake.

A lady with an axe sticking out of her head may often be distinguished on the apex of Atlakumtsitak Mountain in the early morning hours
 
    before sunrise gazing at the panorama.

The ghost of a woman with a sack tied around her head has every so often been seen in the backseat of a Dodge by the driver distinguishing the phantom in his rear view mirror on a dark night. Nonetheless, this is an unpleasant ghost that is better not disrupted.

A semi transparent man outfitted as the skipper of a craft has been noticed on frequent occasions mowing the lawn in the back yard of a mobile home in Quinhagak.
