Me and my sister went down a dark Rd. Near the air base. I wanted to scare her as a joke so I stopped the car and turned off the lights. All of a sudden you could hear something running across these leaves but there was nothing there.
We both ended up scared. So I turned the car on quickly and took off. When I looked in the rear view mirror there was a person standing in the road. Then all of a sudden it was gone. I can't say for sure if

it was a ghost or not, but I have never stopped my car on a dark road just for a scary joke again.

I'm was walking on Bellflower and I turned to my left and I saw a car and the guy that was in it was holding a young woman's head then the car disappeared in an instant.
