I've been spooked twice in that town, once during the day and once at night. Alleghany being a small town has a bar, restaurant, school gym (now the 16 to 1 jewelry office) burned down school house, Mansion and old court house (now a residence) old hospital (also a residence) small fire department and a few houses. One day when I     was 16 live'n with my mother during summer break I was play'n war craft on a computer upstairs, my mother at work and my step dad outside splitting wood with a new hydraulic power'd wood splitter. The house I stayed in was very old and has wood floors, most of the floor covered with carpet. But the floors are very creaky. Well, I was upstairs when I though I heard someone enter the house walking down the indoor porch into the kitchen then into the dining room next to the stair case, into the living room then into my room and straight to the bathroom shutting the door to the   (continued on the next page...)
