From time to time, at my house off of cronese court, the is a shadowy to almost misty apparition that guards my front door and courtyard of my house. It all seemed to start happening around the time my grandma had passed away a few years ago...she had always quoted ''I will always be watching over you'' but the weird and intriguing thing is, that the figure looks like almost the outline of an older styled westerner with a long coat and an outline of a hat. The only thing that really freaks me out is when I go down to get a cup of water at night or anything like that, you end up just seeing the figure ''pop'' up in front of you, you freeze, the figure walks toward the back door, and vanishes. The real funny thing is when I have a friend stay the night. One time, one of my unstoppable football friends from V.V.C stayed the night and went to get a cup of water. I heard him go down the stairs from the landing, and all of a sudden I heard something shatter, and so I go and look what the commotion was about, and my friend was still holding his

hand like the glass was in it(it was shattered on the floor) and he was just frozen in fear, because the figure was right in front of him. Nothing to worry about, they just repeat their last moments or duties before they passed, so basically it cant hurt you, but it does the trick of guarding our house. Submitted by Shandon Categories:

I was driving on D Street one night on the way in from Apple Valley and I made a left hand turn onto Seventh Street. As I drove under the ''Old Town'' sign my lights shined on what was clearly a horse drawn carriage. It wasn't an apparition at least it didn't appear to be and as I passed it I saw no driver. It didn't fade away as i looked at it in my mirrors. It just got smaller as I drove away. I remember that the carriage wasn't in the best condition. It was a dark/reddish/almost black color and the windows were dingy around the corners, lifeless. The horses looked healthy and shiny. One was brown and one was black and their reins just hung low at their sides but they kept their step. Submitted by Jason O. Categories: road, horse_carsriages
