Campo - Old Camp Lockett - JRF Rayo 1 dorm - In the 1960s the Juvenile Ranch Facility was a home to run-a-ways and other way ward youth. Many training programs were offered to help teach these young wards of the court. Many walked away from this open setting and were never found. This was in the days before computers and the fingerprinting of youth.      Many run-a-ways gave a fake name and parent information. Those that left could start new lives under their real names with out any one being wiser. However, one young man or two never seemed to have left. Many staff and wards have reported a young white male dressed in blue jeans and a white t-shirt laying or sitting in a bunk. Some times staff see 'The Kid' walk in or out of the bathroom. Some staff often get an extra body in their counts due to 'The Kid.'
