Submitted by anonymous       Category: road LA County Animal Control on Charlie Cyn Rd.I was working at the shelter cleaning the kennels. We had just closed and it was dusk. I was by myself and had finished locking the place up when I noticed a tall     man with a bucket hat, windbreaker,jeans, and a white t-shirt walking towards me. I told this man ''excuse me sir, we're closed already'' ''You must have gotten locked in, I'll let you out''. He kept walking towards me with the most saddest face. As I got closer to him I repeated what I said. I got about ten feet from him and he vanished. I told one of the co-worker what happened the next day, and she said I described a man that had a heart attack in the catroom when he was picking up he dog from the spay & neuter clinic. Tragic.
