A female without a head was observed looking down into the water at Cayucos Point before dawn. Several people in close proximity have had similar happenings involving a quite similar phantom. Whatever folks express, this ghost undoubtedly is menacing; one that is rather not disturbed. The phantom of a young-looking woman with a wire around her neck was witnessed scrutinizing Constantine Rock in detail around midnight. This ghost is incredibly active in this area; there have been numerous additional stories of this exact ghost. An extremely terrifying ghost has regularly been witnessed emerging in a washroom mirror. One thing is for certain, this is an unsympathetic ghost that you do not want to come across at the stroke of midnight.
