Due to the fact some of her patients have died in the House or have had spouses or relatives die. So one of our patients was on the verge of death. Her husband always wore a cowboy hat. Very traditional style Western clothes. One Day a few times actually we would catch a a shadowy figure. With a very large cowboy hat going to her room. At all times of the day. Usually     in the evenings. After she passed away in the hospital we never saw the Man with a cowboy hat again. Almost comforting. We welcomed him and never tried to acknowledge him in fear he might not come to visit his wife. We Miss them both greatly.
