Off the i-10 interstate in the Early 90's at the frontage road exit on the North side of i-10 quite a ways east of the Burns truck stop my son and I were dry panning for Gem stones in the wash area on a bright sunny Sunday afternoon     we would do this sort of stuff on the weekends sort of as a hobbie at any rates while we were playing in the dry wash River bed a couple of 6 walked by.. A husband wife two Young boys and two reddish labrador retriever dogs... I said hello they seemed to acknowledge with a peaceful smile and kept walking.... South toward the i-10 interstate inside the dry gulch area moments after they passed I turned to my son and said hey c. J. Isn't it a bit strange they are walking in this sort of dusty River gulch in the middle of nowhere and they look so pristine...   (continued on the next page...)
