Concord, California Ghost Tales There was a dog spirit that all my friends (5 of us) had seen one early morning on Willow Pass Back Rd (toward the entrances of the free way/ by the navey fields) It slowed down then disapeared as we passed it. Submitted by Michelle We just bought a house in concord on farm bureau rd. I have 2 in-law units that my friends and there 3 year old daughter rent. Their 3 year old comes over to play with our 2 year old Daily, and goes home with stories of a mysterious ''Johnny'' aka Monster. She talks of him as if he were a play date, and assures us that he is nice to my daughter and he kinda messes with the neightbor. She told her mohter, that the ghost lives in my house, and also he stole a door off my Daughters toy house. Im wondering if anyone has any insight of a young boy names johnny that may have passed away in concord, and wondering why he picked my house and toddlers to communcate with. Also, I have heard doors slamming, and mysterious children voices in the back of my house from time to time saying Mommy.. Many ghost stories have been conveyed by the locals. A number of locals argue these testimonies are not true, but not all the dwellers of Concord are breathing. These are some of the spooky things that   have happened here recently. A wandering ghost may every now and then be distinguished late in the night chasing a passing Pontiac on a gloomy road in the vicinity of Concord. The ghost of a youthful Indian combatant was seen howling up on Black Point. This is one of those spirits that is made out very frequently in the vicinity. Anyhow, this phantom indisputably is frightening; one that you shouldn't go trying to locate. The phantom of a strong lumberjack gripping a big axe came into view by Back Creek attempting to verbalize something. The watcher fled when he set eyes on the ghost. A frightening skeleton was noticed hiding a dead body by a big rock in Ambrose Park before dawn. When the eye witness became visible the spirit ran off. A fluorescent human shape came into sight exploring Clayton Valley in detail around midnight. The appearance of the onlooker terrified the ghost who then faded away. In any event, it's a chilling ghost that should be kept away from. The ghost of a pregnant lady was seen mowing the lawn in the yard of an apartment in Concord. The phantom spoke about avenging an assassination.
