There is a small Section of guard rail on the right hand side. My boyfriend was driving I was the passenger. Up head I saw a younger Man about 18 to 25 yrs of age I at the time didn't know my boyfriend had saw him thinking that some on was sitting on the guard rail wearing a light tan or light grey hootie with light tan baggy shorts wthi White soxs and light work     boots holding either a small sign or book. Looking the other direction as we got closer he was gone no explantion of where or what happen other than he disapeared. When that happened we both asked each other ''did you see that'' in comparing our sightings we discovered that we had seen the same thing at the same time.
