My brother at 3 years of age choked on a carrot and died in an apartment at the Westlake apartments in 1967. We Only lived in that apt for a few weeks after his death as the memories of that afternoon made living there impossible. The event was so horrific and his death so sudden it would be hard to imagine that there isn't some ''residual haunting'' of some sort. Does anyone     know or has anyone heard of any ghostly events at the Westlake apartments?
