In 2005 I was media manager of the old California Theatre. We reopened it in June, for live stage; and also old silent movies. While I believe ''ghosts'' are really demons pretending to be deceased people, I had several people tell me that a man often sits in the front row, seat #4. Up on the third floor, a little girl is supposed to dance in the old grand ballroom. I got really bad chills and vibes in the former (3rd. Floor) Masonic Hall. My office was in the former Masonic office right next to the entrance to the Masonic Hall.
The store on the north side was at the time a candy store, and the owner told me that often the digital food scales began going from 0 to high numbers, back to 0 and up/down quickly. In the mornings candy had often been moved around, and noised arose often from the back room. I myself never saw or heard anything. As I have done demonic cleansings, and I feel demons know that I would get rid of them if they materialized to me.

My thesis project requires me to travel to various terrains in California. As part of one of my weekly objectives, I traveled the northern leg covering parts of the Klamath River that enters California through Oregon, Lava Beds National Monument, Lassen Volcanic National Park and McArthur-Burney Falls State Park. Along the way, I camped in Sims Flats Campground an affiliate of the US Forestry Services in Siskiyou County.
Dunsmuir County is considered a historic site and also once a victim of California's worst hazardous chemical spill (Metham Sodium). A train carrying soil fumigant had derailed and spilled into the river run off of Shasta Mountain. Parts of the town supposedly still suffer from post chemical contamination. Much of the natural flora and fauna were affected and is only now(10 years later) recovering.
The campground that I settled in was empty. It was rather remote, and I assumed during that time of the year, at 2 - 5 degrees Celsius. It was not ideal for use. I set up right beside the river. Fire was not permitted in this site, so it was pitch black with the exception of moon lighting. Like most camp sites I have occupied, it was fairly quiet.
