The ghost of a strapped up female was noticed by Arch of the Navarro attempting to verbalize something. When the spirit was perceived it disappeared into the thin air. Lots of residents assert this ghost is probably the struggling ghost of a local person who used to reside here in Elk.

A female clutching her head next to her arm came into view attempting to grip something up on the peak of Navarro Head. The spirit was gobbled up by the thin air after being distinguished. One thing's for guaranteed, this ghost undoubtedly is chilling; one that you would not want to encounter late at night.
