My grandfather asked my mom who was coming down the hall, and my mom threw up her hand exasperatedly and said ''No one. No one is there!'' My father, uncle, and brother tore the house apart looking for the intruder. We all heard the footsteps halt right at the kitchen door. I don't know if this was related in any way, but we also had a strange animal problem. Lost dogs would somehow always end up in our yard, despite us living in a gated community
with no way for them to dig in. Raccoons and possums constantly became stuck in our trashcans, and we had a nasty scorpion problem in the basement, even
though scorpions are rare in suburban Escondido.|
It wasn't until after we moved I found out who Kit Carson was and what took place at the park. One thing I never really took note of until I grew older is that many of the photos taken at the house have strange blue orbs in the air. .
