On Foothill blvd in Fontana between Cypress and Etiwanda a figure is constantly seen crossing the street (jaywalking) at night. Sometimes he has a black dog with him and he is always wearing a striped white and green or white and blue shirt. I've seen him too many times but always at night. In Heritage Village there is a ghost who is seen under a streetlight, and is even known to walk with people at a distance and just dissapear. Through reserch I've found the ghost is a murder victim from 1996 on Heritage Court who was killed under a streetlight. Submitted by Thomas
On several occasions, a ghost was seen hovering over my cousin when he stayed at his grandmothers house in the late night hours. When he moved out, we no longer seen the ghost, but quick chills can be felt in that room. Submitted by Robert Santellan

The ghost of an appallingly mangled huntsman hauling a dead cougar has been said to have been perceived on numerous occasions terrifying folks in a wooden boat on Stone Reservoir. According to what the locals argue, this spirit is the spirit of a visitor that was murdered while driving through Fontana in the past.
A lady with no head may every so often be witnessed moving orbs about up on Jurupa Mountains.
The spirit of a young woman with a cord around her neck has repeatedly been observed soaring over the Jurupa Mountains late in the night.

Loads of locals argue this spirit is that of a resident who had a home here in Fontana many years ago. No matter what, it's undoubtedly a terrifying ghost that you shouldn't go seeking.
