Comment by Richad: I have to agree with you on all accounts, I can add to the Indian burial ground part if anyone is interested. I drove to the San Bernardino county building that holds all of the historical records for Ft Irwin aka Camp Irwin back when Kit Carson came through, he stated remnants of an Indian village near a dry lake bed as well as some slightly red colored hills. It goes further on to say there was more than one remnant village appearing to be abandoned, now in history class we all have heard of the long walk that certain Indian tribes took to get to different places, maybe these tribes out here did that walk. I have seen a lot since being here in 2007 to present all these stories have validation and I can witness to them.
Comment by Anonymous: This is the original poster... I want to update with another story. While in a house to check and see if it was ready I had a really weird feeling so I was blowing through the house as fast as I could.
While walking up the stairs something pulled my pant leg... Hard. I checked to see if my pants caught on something like a nail, screw, or staple with nothing. I ran through the house as fast as I could and never looked back.
I refuse to go back to that house. As a resident I also live here in newer housing. One night my husband and I were settling down for the night and he turned off the overhead light. As soon as he laid down in bed the light clicked itself back on from the ceiling fan.
We were both freaked out and jumped up to turn it off. One day my husband was using the downstairs half bathroom and I was waiting to use it. I was standing not too far away petting my cat. My husband came out of the bathroom and asked if I had gone upstairs because he heard someone walking up the stairs.
My neighbor's stairs do not run parallel to mine so it couldn't be my neighbor. Another time my husband was home alone and he heard someone downstairs talking. He ran down the stairs thinking I was still home and no one was in our home.
In a potential unrelated topic I have the most horrid realistic dreams now that I live on Fort Irwin and I've never had dreams so vivid in my life.

Omg, I found this page through my husband who was browsing ghost sightings and I am sitting here with chillbumps because I thought we were the only ones going through this but apparently not we have lived here for three years now and had numerous things happen to us throughout the years.
My son will not go upstairs by himself because he is terrified of whatever is in this house one time when I was gone for two weeks and my husband and the kids were here without me my son was screaming terrified about seeing something with red eyes in one of the bedroom closets.
Another time my husband actually saw a little boy in one of the bathrooms or playing with nonexistent toys in one of the kids' room I woke up one morning and all my hair was twisted or will hear someone playing with nonexistent toys upstairs while no one else is there or I found a toy train moving by itself even though you have to push it for it to make sounds.
