Gardena, California Ghost Tales I was sitting on my porch late one night with my cousin. Laughing at one of her comments I turned looking across my street to find a black shadow of what looked like a heavy set man walking past a tree and then vanishing. Very disturbed and crying I asked my cousin if she had seen the man. She told me that she had seen nothing. I guess this just adds to the many paranormal happenings in Gardena. A big bloodcurdling spirit can often be witnessed staring at the view from the highest spot of Dominguez Hills around midnight. No matter what people say, this phantom indisputably is creepy; one that any normal person wouldn't want to encounter. The ghost of a bound up man may be noticed often in the early morning hours before sunrise flying over the Dominguez Hills. The ghost of a bum has every now and then been observed staring at a woman sleeping on a couch in a building in Gardena. Locals here who have seen this ghost argue this ghost is the tormented soul of a long forgotten Gardena person who lived here. Any which way, this is an intimidating ghost that should be kept away from. The ghost of a young-looking woman drenched in blood is from time to time distinguished mid stream in Compton Creek reading a magazine. People assert that this ghost is the ghost of a visitor that was killed while traveling through Gardena a long time ago.
