When we were on our way back to Salinas we stopped by the King city rest area. The place was almost empty at that time. An 18-wheeler came at the same time with us. It was between 12:30 and 1 am already. Our car was parked facing the entrance to the ladies restroom. My husband went to the bathroom first so when it was my turn he stayed outside in     front of the car so he can see me on my way in and out of the restroom. When I was on my way back to the car somebody walked passed me. I was startled for a second because I almost bumped him. He even said ''good evening'' to me. Naturally when I reached the car I told my husband that ''that Man scared me for awhile. I thought I was going to hit or bumped him... '' my husband looked at me and said what man? My eyes were with you since you went inside (the restroom) until you came here. I did not see nobody. And he even told me that he was also wondering   (continued on the next page...)
