I live near the old insane asylum Rock Haven and I can see it from my House and at night there are some strange phenomonons go on at night. One night I saw a ghostly figure standing just inside the     Gates of the asylum and while walking my dog and heard loud pops/bangs coming from on of the smaller buildings. Creeepy. This report is off my own experiences and other reported haunting.
