I stayed at the LJTP Hotel for a veterinary surgical conference and the room I was staying in was haunted. The radio went off at all times even though it wasn't programmed and the floor lamp went off in the middle of the night and got really bright even though it wasn't a dimmer and could only be turned on by a switch by the lamp which was about 5 feet from me when it turned on.

me up again when it turned on. I verified it was unplugged and hit the switch multiple times but it wouldn't go off until the radio started going off,

then both went off suddenly.
I think something weird happened in that room. Has anyone else had issues in that hotel? I travel a lot and never before or since have I experienced something like it.

Comment by Betty: I stayed in a hotel about 5 miles away from the one you speak of and had a slightly similar experience. I was sitting at the desk on my computer in the evening and one of the floor lamps turned off by itself.
I was at least 6 feet away from it and the lever was one of those that you really have to push in hard with your finger so I don't know how it could have done it on it's own. When I investigated I turned it back on.
About 20 minutes later it switched out again by itself. I didn't experience anything else weird. Trying to find an explanation and the only thing I can come up with is the lights were on a sensor, but I stay at that chain of hotels all the time and have never experienced anything like that before.
