March 31, 2009: Our Reynolds Tract neighborhood in Lamont is full of strange, spirit activity! There is a fully formed, solid black male figure that walks across our property most nights. Each time we see him, he is walking from the southeast corner of our property toward the northwest corner. Others have seen him walking through their property as well, as if he is walking towards Bakersfield.
There is also a larger

than normal size white spirit, similar to a dog but not quite a dog, that appears to float rapidly from behind our neighborhood, through backyards
|
then on through the neighborhood moving south. We are not certain what this spirit is but the teenagers call it ''the dippin' white thing'' or ''the chupacabra. ''
Also, there is an easement north of Reynolds Avenue; between the canal and individual property lines. One some nights, at about 10:00pm, there is a very strange, very loud noise that seems to be coming from somewhere near the easement. Many people had
