It looked like a very thing man dressed in rags, that were trailing behind him. It scared the heck out of both of us. What was funny was that we did not mention the sighting to one another for about 10 mins or so because neither one of us believed what we had seen.

A lot of ghost hide in the desert. Legend has it that the dark mountains is the home of several lost souls. Like zombies. I know this for a fact cause I grew up on a ranch and spent my summers there and show stuff that would give a 5 year old grey hair.

Comment by April: This sounds like what my dad saw back in the 1970s out by the Indian Museum on the east side of Lancaster. He told me that this creature was able to keep up with his car at about 45 mph. He was not the only person in the car that saw this ''thing''. I wonder what it is.

I grew up in Littlerock/lancaster CA. There is a place off ciema Mesa road that should be investigated. It is an Indian cemetery.
