I did some research on that whole block were I was at that night and I found out that a few years before I saw the little girl ther a fire in wich it killed two children a little boy and a little girl. Many people have reported seeing iether the little boy or the little girl in the late hours of the night and alwais say they feel     a sad sensation consuming them.
