Lotus, California Ghost Tales While driving I witnessed the bottom half of a man (wearing light denim trousers and brown shoes) walking down the side of the road outside the Lotus store. The upper half of the figure was extremely black. The air was very heavy in my car at that exact moment of the sighting.
