Mission Hills, California Ghost Tales Coming home at 6am I noticed a guy in a derby type hat, smoking a cigar standing to the side of my driveway.  It startled/made me nervous as few people are up at that hour and I turned directly toward him.  He disappeared. Later my next-door neighbor told me of a guy in a derby hat who they thought was in the closet. When her husband jumped up to tackle him, he disappeared.It was the same description and happened the same evening/morning when we compared stories.
