'' Less than five minutes later three sisters which happened to be the mothers of our friends on our block started wailing with sadness for their youngest brother was killed on Holt Avenue that same night. At that very moment the laughter came back. This time not only did I hear it, but so did my brother who was now about six and my uncle once more.

My Mother's friend who was our across the street neighbor told my mom that she could see ghosts and told my mom to watch out because there is always a

ghost of a man looking through your windows.
Till this day I still wonder if the tenants which have moved in and out of that apartment have witnessed anything like that, but feeling that I'll stir up some madness. I only drive by there once every few years and look at that terrifying place from afar. Submitted by anonymous
