She is a playful little girl dressed on fashions not seen since the 1950's or 1950s. Interesting to note that this house has been burned to the ground more than once over the years.

I live in a 8 year old community up on a hill by Maybary Ranch. Every year at the end of the school year I'll see a young girl walking up and down the street out in front of my house she wears a white prom like dress.
And she never seems to get older, taller or ever wear something different just walks up and down the hill. Last year I tried following her and when I got about 500 feet away and called out to her she just vanished.
I've come to call her Serrono Sarah.
